Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line three 8-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a large bowl, beat butter, oil, and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
