Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cotton candy extract until sugar dissolves.
- Add a few drops of blue food coloring and mix until the desired pastel shade is reached.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until cold.
- Pour the chilled mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions (about 20–25 minutes) until thick and creamy.
- Transfer half of the churned ice cream into a freezer-safe container.
- Drizzle with raspberry purée (tinted with pink food coloring if desired) and swirl gently with a knife.
- Add some torn pieces of cotton candy and fold lightly.
- Repeat with the remaining ice cream and more swirls.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until scoopable.
- Scoop into bowls, top with mini marshmallows or candy pearls, and garnish with extra cotton candy clouds for a whimsical look.
