Description

Moist, fudgy blue velvet brownies loaded with Oreo chunks and topped with a luscious white chocolate drizzle. A bold and eye-catching treat for birthdays, parties, or when you want a fun twist on classic brownies!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • Blue food coloring (gel preferred, add until vibrant)
  • 1 cup chopped Oreos
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (for drizzle)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (for drizzle)
  • Crushed Oreos (for topping)
  • Oreo halves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line a 9×13-inch pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla, and vinegar. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture alternately with buttermilk.
  6. Stir in blue food coloring until you get a rich shade.
  7. Fold in chopped Oreos.
  8. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  9. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  10. Let cool completely in the pan.
  11. Melt white chocolate chips with heavy cream over a double boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals until smooth.
  12. Drizzle generously over cooled brownies.
  13. Sprinkle with crushed Oreos and garnish with Oreo halves on top.
  14. Cut into squares and serve!
