- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Blue food coloring (gel preferred, add until vibrant)
- 1 cup chopped Oreos
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (for drizzle)
- 2 tbsp heavy cream (for drizzle)
- Crushed Oreos (for topping)
- Oreo halves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line a 9×13-inch pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and vinegar. Mix well.
- In another bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet mixture alternately with buttermilk.
- Stir in blue food coloring until you get a rich shade.
- Fold in chopped Oreos.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely in the pan.
- Melt white chocolate chips with heavy cream over a double boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals until smooth.
- Drizzle generously over cooled brownies.
- Sprinkle with crushed Oreos and garnish with Oreo halves on top.
- Cut into squares and serve!
Notes
- Ensure the blue food coloring is gel-based for better results.
- Let the brownies cool completely before adding the drizzle for a cleaner look.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
