Description

Butterfinger Balls are a delicious no-bake treat made with creamy peanut butter, crushed Butterfinger bars, and coated in chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups crushed Butterfinger bars (about 56 full-size bars)
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips (or semi-sweet, if preferred)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for a shinier coating)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter and softened butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar gradually and mix until fully combined.
  3. Fold in the crushed Butterfinger pieces.
  4. Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into smooth balls.
  5. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Freeze for 20–25 minutes, or until firm.
  7. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second bursts, stirring each time until smooth.
  8. Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each chilled peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate until evenly coated.
  9. Place them back on parchment paper and let the excess chocolate drip off.
  10. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens (about 15–20 minutes).
  11. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, try using dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
  • Make sure to use a good quality peanut butter for the best taste.
  • These treats can be frozen for longer storage.
