Description

Caramel Crunch Cheesecake Balls are a delightful treat combining creamy cheesecake with a crunchy graham cracker coating, finished with a rich caramel drizzle.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuit crumbs)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ cup caramel sauce (homemade or store-bought)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in melted white chocolate until creamy. Cover and chill mixture for 30–45 minutes until firm enough to scoop.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and stir in graham cracker crumbs and brown sugar. Toast 3–4 minutes until golden and crunchy. Let cool.
  3. Scoop chilled cheesecake mixture with a spoon or small cookie scoop. Roll into smooth balls. Roll each ball in graham crunch coating until well covered.
  4. Drizzle generously with caramel sauce.
