Cheesecake Crescent Delights are a simple and delicious sweet treat made with crescent roll dough and a creamy cheesecake filling.

- 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough (or puff pastry sheets)
- 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg yolk
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk until smooth and creamy.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish, sealing seams.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
- Unroll the second crescent dough and place it on top, sealing seams gently.
- Brush the top with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon (if using).
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.
- Cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
- Dust generously with powdered sugar.
- Serve warm or chilled.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, consider adding lemon zest to the cream cheese mixture.
- These can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
