Instructions
- Slice muffins in half.
- Spread the cut sides with butter.
- Toast on a hot skillet until deeply golden and crisp.
- Cook sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- Lower heat and add one slice of cheddar on each patty so it melts slightly.
- In the same skillet, lightly butter and crack eggs in.
- Cook sunny-side, fried, or flip for over-medium (best for stacking).
- Season with salt + pepper.
