Description

Cheesy Taco Ranch Bites are a delicious and easy-to-make party snack that combines the flavors of taco and ranch dressing, topped with melted cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 24 scoop-shaped tortilla chips (like Tostitos Scoops)
  • 1 small tomato (diced)
  • Fresh cilantro (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until fully cooked.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and ¼ cup water. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in ranch dressing.
  5. Place tortilla scoop chips on a baking sheet.
  6. Spoon taco-ranch beef mixture evenly into each chip.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top of each.
  8. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  9. Bake for 5–7 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Garnish with diced tomato and cilantro.
  11. Serve warm as an appetizer or party snack.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the beef mixture.
  • Can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
  • Make sure to serve immediately for the best texture.
