- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 24 scoop-shaped tortilla chips (like Tostitos Scoops)
- 1 small tomato (diced)
- Fresh cilantro (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and ¼ cup water. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in ranch dressing.
- Place tortilla scoop chips on a baking sheet.
- Spoon taco-ranch beef mixture evenly into each chip.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top of each.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 5–7 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with diced tomato and cilantro.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or party snack.

- For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the beef mixture.
