Description

Chicken Bacon Ranch Roll-Ups are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack, combining shredded chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing wrapped in flaky dough.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 4 oz (113 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ⅓ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (or puff pastry sheets)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash, optional)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked bacon, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Mix until evenly blended.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Roll out crescent dough (or puff pastry) and separate into triangles (or rectangles if using puff pastry).
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll tightly toward the tip.
  5. Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush tops lightly with egg wash for a golden finish (optional).
  7. Sprinkle with extra cheese if desired.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes (crescent dough) or 18–22 minutes (puff pastry) until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add some diced jalapeños to the filling.
  • These roll-ups can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
