Chicken Bacon Ranch Roll-Ups are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack, combining shredded chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing wrapped in flaky dough.

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 4 oz (113 g) cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (or puff pastry sheets)
- 1 egg (for egg wash, optional)
- Chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked bacon, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Mix until evenly blended.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out crescent dough (or puff pastry) and separate into triangles (or rectangles if using puff pastry).
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll tightly toward the tip.
- Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush tops lightly with egg wash for a golden finish (optional).
- Sprinkle with extra cheese if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes (crescent dough) or 18–22 minutes (puff pastry) until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some diced jalapeños to the filling.
- These roll-ups can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
