Chicken Parmesan Cups are a delicious and easy recipe that combines the flavors of chicken parmesan in a fun, bite-sized format.

- 1 can refrigerated biscuits or crescent roll dough
- 8–12 cooked breaded chicken bites or 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- 1–1¼ cups marinara sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or basil, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Flatten each biscuit or crescent dough piece slightly and press into each muffin cup, forming a little “cup.”
- Place 1 chicken bite (or spoonful of rotisserie chicken) into each dough cup. Add a spoonful of marinara sauce on top.
- Sprinkle each cup generously with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, until dough is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley or basil and serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
