Description

Chicken Parmesan Cups are a delicious and easy recipe that combines the flavors of chicken parmesan in a fun, bite-sized format.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits or crescent roll dough
  • 812 cooked breaded chicken bites or 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or basil, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Flatten each biscuit or crescent dough piece slightly and press into each muffin cup, forming a little “cup.”
  3. Place 1 chicken bite (or spoonful of rotisserie chicken) into each dough cup. Add a spoonful of marinara sauce on top.
  4. Sprinkle each cup generously with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until dough is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Garnish with parsley or basil and serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
