Ingredients
- Instant chocolate pudding mix – 2 boxes (3.9 oz each)
- Cold milk – 4 cups
- Bananas – 4 large, sliced
- Whipped cream – 3 cups (Cool Whip or homemade)
- Fresh raspberries – 1 cup
- Crushed cookies (chocolate or graham) – 1 cup
- Chocolate bars – 1 cup, chopped (optional for layering)
- Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp (if sweetening fresh whipped cream)
Instructions
- Whisk pudding mixes with cold milk until thickened. Chill for 5 minutes.
- In a large trifle dish, spread chocolate pudding on the bottom.
- Add banana slices around the sides and across the layer.
- Sprinkle chopped chocolate or cookies.
- Spread whipped cream over the top.
- Repeat layers until the dish is filled.
- Finish with whipped cream, crushed cookies, and fresh raspberries on top.
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours before serving to let flavors meld.
Notes
- For a sweeter whipped cream, add powdered sugar to taste.
- Feel free to substitute other berries if desired.
