Description

Churro Swirl Bundt Bites are a delightful treat that combines the flavors of churros with a creamy filling, all baked into bite-sized portions.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup (100 g) sugar
  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp (56 g) melted butter
  • 8 oz (226 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (60 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or puff pastry (8 oz / 226 g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini bundt pan or mini muffin tin.
  2. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag.
  4. Unroll crescent dough or puff pastry.
  5. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese filling over the dough.
  6. Roll up tightly into a log and slice into ½-inch pieces.
  7. Place slices into prepared mini bundt or muffin cavities.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. While warm, brush each bite with melted butter, then roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  10. For extra cream cheese filling in the center, use a piping bag to inject a bit more into each baked bite.
