- 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing included)
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- Extra cinnamon-sugar mix for sprinkling
- Cream cheese icing (from cinnamon roll package or homemade)
- Powdered sugar (optional for dusting)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt butter with brown sugar, cream, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Stir until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Pour into the bottom of a greased bundt pan or pie dish.
- Open cinnamon roll dough and cut each roll into halves or quarters.
- Arrange pieces over the caramel mixture in the pan.
- Sprinkle with nuts if using.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then carefully invert onto a serving plate (so the sticky caramel side is on top).
- Drizzle with cream cheese icing.
- Add a dusting of powdered sugar if desired.
- Serve warm and pull-apart style.
