  • 12 tbsp milk (for glaze, optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (for glaze, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll puff pastry slightly on a floured surface and cut into rectangles or squares.
  3. In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
  4. Place pastry squares on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Spoon cream cheese filling in the center of each.
