Description

Crab Rangoon Bombs are delicious bite-sized treats filled with a creamy crab mixture, perfect for parties or as a snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation), finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese (optional for extra creaminess)
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • Nonstick spray or oil (for brushing)
  • Fresh chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Sweet chili sauce or soy sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cheese (if using). Mix until creamy and well combined.
  3. Press a wonton wrapper gently into each muffin cup to form a little cup.
  4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of filling into each wonton.
  5. Lightly spray the tops with oil for extra crispiness.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before removing from the pan.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the filling.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
