Description

Crispy Parmesan Chicken with Rich Garlic Sauce is a delightful dish featuring tender chicken breasts coated in a crispy Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, served with a creamy garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (or vegetable oil for frying)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
  2. Set up breading station: flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, panko mixed with Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then coat in Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove and keep warm.
  7. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  8. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute.
  9. Slowly add chicken broth, whisking until smooth.
  10. Stir in cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.
  11. Season with salt and pepper.
  12. Slice chicken and plate.
  13. Pour rich garlic-Parmesan sauce over the top.
  14. Garnish with fresh parsley.

  • Ensure chicken is pounded to an even thickness for uniform cooking.
  • Feel free to adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic sauce.
