- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil (or vegetable oil for frying)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
- Set up breading station: flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, panko mixed with Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then coat in Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute.
- Slowly add chicken broth, whisking until smooth.
- Stir in cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Slice chicken and plate.
- Pour rich garlic-Parmesan sauce over the top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.

- Ensure chicken is pounded to an even thickness for uniform cooking.
- Feel free to adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic sauce.
