- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter
- 170g (6 oz) dark chocolate, chopped (or chips)
- 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup (50g) brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup (95g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup (25g) cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (for ganache)
- 3 tbsp heavy cream (for ganache)
- Fresh raspberries (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment.
- Melt butter and dark chocolate together until smooth. Whisk in granulated and brown sugar, then add eggs and vanilla, whisking until glossy.
- Fold in flour, cocoa, and salt gently until just combined, then spread evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20–24 minutes until the center is just set. Cool completely before cutting.
- For the ganache, heat cream until steaming, pour over chocolate chips, wait 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
- Cut brownies into bite-sized squares, spoon or pipe ganache on each, and top with a raspberry. Serve at room temperature.
