- 1 can (14 oz / 396 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tsp cotton candy flavoring (available in baking stores or online)
- Pink and/or blue gel food coloring
- Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
Instructions
- Prep the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease with nonstick spray or butter.
- Make the Fudge Base: In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips and condensed milk together, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow fluff, vanilla, and cotton candy flavoring.
- Add Color & Swirl: Divide mixture into two bowls if making two-tone fudge. Tint one portion pink and the other blue (or just pink). Pour into the prepared pan, swirling gently with a knife for a cotton candy effect.
- Chill & Cut: Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, until fully set. Remove from pan, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and cut into squares.
Notes
- Ensure the white chocolate chips are melted slowly to avoid burning.
- Adjust the amount of cotton candy flavoring to taste.
