Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz / 396 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tsp cotton candy flavoring (available in baking stores or online)
  • Pink and/or blue gel food coloring
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease with nonstick spray or butter.
  2. Make the Fudge Base: In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips and condensed milk together, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow fluff, vanilla, and cotton candy flavoring.
  3. Add Color & Swirl: Divide mixture into two bowls if making two-tone fudge. Tint one portion pink and the other blue (or just pink). Pour into the prepared pan, swirling gently with a knife for a cotton candy effect.
  4. Chill & Cut: Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, until fully set. Remove from pan, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and cut into squares.
