A delicious and creamy Four-Cheese Stuffed Chicken recipe that combines the richness of four different cheeses with tender chicken breasts.

- 4 large chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 60 g (½ cup) shredded mozzarella
- 60 g (½ cup) shredded cheddar
- 50 g (½ cup) grated Parmesan
- 50 g (½ cup) crumbled blue cheese (or gorgonzola)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Pat chicken dry and carefully cut a pocket into the side of each breast (don’t cut all the way through).
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, blue cheese, and parsley.
- Stuff each chicken breast with about ¼ of the mixture. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 18–22 minutes, until chicken is cooked through (internal temp 74°C / 165°F).
- Rest for 5 minutes before slicing to allow juices to settle.
- Garnish with extra herbs (rosemary or parsley).
Notes
- Ensure the chicken is fully cooked by checking the internal temperature.
- Feel free to substitute the cheeses based on your preference.
- To make it spicier, add some red pepper flakes to the seasoning.
