Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • ½ cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then cool completely.
  4. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Gently fold in whipped cream until fluffy.
  6. Spread evenly into cooled crust. Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
  7. In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat until bubbling.
  8. Stir in heavy cream, vanilla, and salt. Cook 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  9. Stir in pecans and let cool slightly.
  10. Spoon cooled pecan topping over frozen pie.
  11. Freeze again for at least 1 hour before serving.
