- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- ½ cup brown sugar (packed)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold in whipped cream until fluffy.
- Spread evenly into cooled crust. Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat until bubbling.
- Stir in heavy cream, vanilla, and salt. Cook 2–3 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in pecans and let cool slightly.
- Spoon cooled pecan topping over frozen pie.
- Freeze again for at least 1 hour before serving.
