Description

Delicious Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups, perfect for a savory snack or meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese slices)
  • 68 slices cooked bacon
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced (for garlic butter)
  • 1 tsp parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and crumbly. Drain excess fat.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll puff pastry into a rectangle. Cut into 6–8 strips. Spoon beef mixture along the center of each strip. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on baking sheet. Top each rollup with a half slice of bacon.
  3. Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush generously over the tops of rollups.
  4. Bake 20–25 minutes until pastry is golden, cheese is melty, and bacon is crisp.
  5. Garnish with parsley. Serve hot with ketchup, BBQ sauce, or garlic aioli for dipping.
