Delicious Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups, perfect for a savory snack or meal.

- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese slices)
- 6–8 slices cooked bacon
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tsp garlic, minced (for garlic butter)
- 1 tsp parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and crumbly. Drain excess fat.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll puff pastry into a rectangle. Cut into 6–8 strips. Spoon beef mixture along the center of each strip. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on baking sheet. Top each rollup with a half slice of bacon.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush generously over the tops of rollups.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until pastry is golden, cheese is melty, and bacon is crisp.
- Garnish with parsley. Serve hot with ketchup, BBQ sauce, or garlic aioli for dipping.
