Description
Garlic-Butter Cheeseburger Bombs are delicious, bite-sized treats filled with a savory beef mixture and topped with a flavorful garlic butter.

- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20)
- ½ small onion, finely diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough (8–10 pieces)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is soft.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds more.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then stir in shredded cheese.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten each biscuit or dough piece into a small circle.
- Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of beef mixture into the center.
- Fold dough over filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and sesame seeds (if using).
- Brush each dough ball generously with garlic butter.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Brush with any remaining garlic butter before serving.
- Best enjoyed warm with ketchup, burger sauce, or ranch for dipping.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some diced jalapeños to the filling.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
