Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a must-try delight, combining the flavors of cheeseburgers with a delicious garlic parmesan twist.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella (or provolone)
- 6 slices cheddar or American cheese, cut in halves
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 large biscuits) or 12 small dinner rolls dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit or roll dough into a small circle. Place 1 spoonful of beef mixture in the center. Top with shredded mozzarella and half a slice of cheese. Fold dough over filling, pinching seams to seal. Roll into a ball. Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan. Brush generously over each dough ball.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake 18–22 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is bubbling inside. Brush with more garlic butter after baking for extra flavor.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce for added flavor.
