Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a must-try delight, combining the flavors of cheeseburgers with a delicious garlic parmesan twist.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella (or provolone)
  • 6 slices cheddar or American cheese, cut in halves
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 large biscuits) or 12 small dinner rolls dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Let cool slightly.
  2. Flatten each biscuit or roll dough into a small circle. Place 1 spoonful of beef mixture in the center. Top with shredded mozzarella and half a slice of cheese. Fold dough over filling, pinching seams to seal. Roll into a ball. Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan. Brush generously over each dough ball.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake 18–22 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is bubbling inside. Brush with more garlic butter after baking for extra flavor.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce for added flavor.
