Garlic Rosemary Focaccia Muffins are a delightful blend of flavors, combining the aromatic essence of garlic and rosemary with a soft, fluffy dough.
Ingredients

- 250 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 packet (7 g / 2 ¼ tsp) instant yeast
- 180 ml (¾ cup) warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil (extra for drizzling)
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
- Flaky sea salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- Stir in flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead until dough is smooth and elastic (about 8 minutes).
- Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.
- Grease a standard muffin tin with olive oil.
- Divide dough into 8–10 equal pieces. Roll each into a ball and place in muffin cups.
- Cover and let rise 30 minutes until puffy.
- Mix olive oil and minced garlic.
- Brush the tops of each dough ball with garlic oil.
- Press a few rosemary sprigs into each.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Bake muffins for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown.
- Brush with extra olive oil while warm for shine and flavor.
Notes
- For a stronger garlic flavor, increase the amount of minced garlic.
- These muffins are best served warm.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
