Golden Drizzle Oreo Cheesecake is a must-try delight featuring a creamy cheesecake filling on a crunchy Oreo crust, topped with a luscious mango-vanilla drizzle.

  • 28 Oreo cookies (with cream)
  • 6 tbsp (85g) melted unsalted butter
  • 24 oz (680g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs (room temp)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ cup crushed Oreo pieces (optional swirl)
  • 1 cup mango puree (fresh or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tsp water (slurry)
  • Whipped cream
  • Whole Oreos

Instructions

  1. Make the Crust: Crush Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter until evenly coated. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese + sugar until completely smooth. Add heavy cream and vanilla → mix until silky. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently (no overbeating). Add cornstarch and mix only until combined. Fold in crushed Oreos (optional). Pour into cooled crust.
  3. Bake: Place pan in a water bath (prevents cracks). Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 60–75 minutes, until the center jiggles slightly. Turn off oven, leave cheesecake inside 1 hour. Chill at least 4 hours, best overnight.
  4. Make the Golden Drizzle: In a saucepan: mango puree, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice. Heat gently. Add cornstarch slurry and stir until thick, glossy, and pourable. Cool completely before drizzling.
  5. Assemble: Pour golden mango sauce slowly along cake edges to create the drip. Add whipped cream swirls on top. Finish with whole Oreos.
