Description
Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and bursting with garlicky buttery flavor — these air fryer potatoes make the perfect quick side dish.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ lbs (700 g) baby potatoes (halved)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter for richer flavor)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra crispness)
Instructions
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes (keep skin on for extra crispiness). Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place potatoes in the basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed). Cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Toss hot potatoes with parsley (and Parmesan, if using). Serve immediately as a side or snack.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding herbs like rosemary or thyme.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the potato halves.
- These potatoes can be served with a variety of dips.
