Delicious and fluffy donuts filled with creamy cheesecake and topped with a fresh strawberry glaze.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for thickening glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until just combined (do not overmix).
- Spoon batter into greased donut pans, filling each about ¾ full.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until donuts spring back when touched. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer mixture to a piping bag fitted with a small tip.
- In a small saucepan, combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until softened. Mash slightly.
- Let cool, then mix with powdered sugar until glaze consistency forms.
- Pipe cheesecake filling into each donut through the side or bottom.
- Dip tops of donuts into strawberry glaze.
- Allow glaze to set before serving.
Notes
- Ensure donuts are completely cool before filling to prevent melting the cheesecake filling.
- For a thicker glaze, add more powdered sugar as needed.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
