A delicious and indulgent Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger topped with crispy onion rings, perfect for burger lovers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20 blend works best)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese (melted)
  • 6 strips crispy bacon
  • 2 large onion rings (breaded & fried)
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Red onion slices
  • Ranch dressing (or burger sauce of choice)
  • 2 brioche buns (buttered & toasted)
  • 1 large onion, cut into ½-inch slices
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup regular breadcrumbs
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Dip onion slices in flour.
  3. Mix buttermilk + egg; dip onions.
  4. Coat in panko + breadcrumbs + paprika.
  5. Fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Mix ground beef with Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Shape into 4 equal patties (thin, since they’ll be stacked).
  8. Cook on a grill or skillet until desired doneness, topping each patty with cheddar cheese to melt.
  9. Spread ranch (or sauce) on toasted brioche bun bottoms.
  10. Add lettuce, red onion slices.
  11. Stack two cheesy beef patties, then bacon slices.
  12. Place crispy onion ring on top like a crown.
  13. Secure with top bun.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the beef patties for a few hours before cooking.
  • Feel free to customize toppings based on personal preference.
  • Ensure the oil is at the right temperature for frying onion rings to achieve the perfect crispiness.
