- 1 ½ cups (300g) granulated sugar
- ¾ cup (90g) cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup (130g) all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 10 crushed Oreo cookies
- 1 cup (240ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (170g) white chocolate chips
- 1 cup (250ml) caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp heavy cream (optional for silkier texture)
- 12–16 whole Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time until glossy and thick.
- Fold in flour, baking powder, salt, and crushed Oreos.
- Spread batter evenly into the pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. Cool completely.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips with condensed milk until smooth.
- Pour over cooled brownies and spread evenly. Chill for 10 minutes until slightly set.
- Warm caramel sauce slightly and mix with heavy cream if desired.
- Pour over the white chocolate layer, spreading gently to create a smooth, glossy surface.
- Arrange whole Oreo cookies evenly across the surface before the caramel fully sets.
- Chill for 1 hour, then slice into squares.
