Description

Rich, fudgy brownies topped with creamy white chocolate, silky caramel, and a final layer of Oreo cookies — the perfect spooky-sweet treat for Halloween or any celebration!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cups (300g) granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup (90g) cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup (130g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 10 crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup (240ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (170g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (250ml) caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream (optional for silkier texture)
  • 1216 whole Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time until glossy and thick.
  3. Fold in flour, baking powder, salt, and crushed Oreos.
  4. Spread batter evenly into the pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. Cool completely.
  5. In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips with condensed milk until smooth.
  6. Pour over cooled brownies and spread evenly. Chill for 10 minutes until slightly set.
  7. Warm caramel sauce slightly and mix with heavy cream if desired.
  8. Pour over the white chocolate layer, spreading gently to create a smooth, glossy surface.
  9. Arrange whole Oreo cookies evenly across the surface before the caramel fully sets.
  10. Chill for 1 hour, then slice into squares.

Notes

  • Ensure brownies are completely cooled before adding the creamy layer.
  • For a richer flavor, use high-quality white chocolate.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
