Description
Delicious Oreo Swirl Cinnamon Rolls filled with crushed Oreos and topped with cream cheese frosting.

- 2 ¾ cups (340g) all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup (180ml) warm milk (about 40°C)
- ¼ cup (60g) softened butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 10–12 cookies)
- ¼ cup (50g) brown sugar
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp cocoa powder (optional, for richer flavor)
- 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- ½ cup (60g) powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp milk or cream (to thin, as needed)
- Extra crushed Oreos (for garnish)
- Melted chocolate drizzle (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Add warm milk, butter, and egg. Mix until the dough starts to form.
- Knead for about 6–8 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Combine crushed Oreos, brown sugar, melted butter, and cocoa powder to make the filling.
- Roll the dough into a large rectangle (about 12×15 inches) and spread the Oreo mixture evenly over the surface.
- Roll tightly into a log and slice into 8–10 rolls.
- Arrange in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30–40 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.
- Cool slightly before frosting with cream cheese mixture and garnish with extra crushed Oreos and melted chocolate, if desired.

- Ensure the milk is warm but not hot to activate the yeast properly.
- For a richer flavor, consider adding cocoa powder to the filling.
- Let the rolls cool slightly before applying the frosting for better adherence.
