Ingredients

  • 1 lb refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter + ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional: extra pizza sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle (about 12×15 inches).
  3. Brush dough lightly with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly, leaving about ½ inch border around edges.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over sauce.
  6. Layer pepperoni slices evenly across.
  7. Starting on the long side, roll dough tightly into a log.
  8. Slice into 10–12 equal rolls and place them cut side up in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish or lined sheet pan.
  9. Sprinkle tops with Italian seasoning.
  10. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  11. Brush with any remaining garlic butter for extra flavor.
  12. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
