- 1 lb refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade)
- 2 tbsp melted butter + ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½–¾ cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Optional: extra pizza sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle (about 12×15 inches).
- Brush dough lightly with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly, leaving about ½ inch border around edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over sauce.
- Layer pepperoni slices evenly across.
- Starting on the long side, roll dough tightly into a log.
- Slice into 10–12 equal rolls and place them cut side up in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish or lined sheet pan.
- Sprinkle tops with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Brush with any remaining garlic butter for extra flavor.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

- For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños or crushed red pepper flakes.
