A fun and delicious Pizza Tater Tot Casserole that combines the flavors of pizza with crispy tater tots, perfect for family gatherings.

- 1 lb ground beef (or Italian sausage)
- 1 cup pizza sauce (or marinara)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Optional: diced bell peppers, mushrooms, or onions for extra flavor
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef (or sausage) until browned.
- Drain excess grease, then stir in pizza sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread meat mixture evenly in the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle half the mozzarella cheese over the meat layer.
- Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove casserole from oven and sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add pepperoni slices evenly over the tots.
- Return to oven for another 5–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with extra Italian herbs or fresh parsley.
- Slice into squares and enjoy hot!

- For a spicier version, add jalapeños or spicy sausage.
