Delicious and easy-to-make Pizza Waffle Bites that combine the flavors of pizza with the fun of waffles.

- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
- ¾ cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- ¼–⅓ cup mini pepperoni
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease with nonstick spray or butter.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into small squares or circles, about the size of your waffle maker cavities.
- Place a piece of dough onto the waffle iron. Add a spoonful of sauce, some mozzarella, and a few pepperoni. Top with another piece of dough to enclose the filling.
- Close the waffle maker and cook for 3–4 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully remove pizza waffle bites. Sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh basil if desired.
- Serve hot with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
