- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup (60 g) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups prepared red velvet cake crumbs (from leftover cake or cupcakes)
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix until fully combined and fluffy.
- Scoop about 1 tbsp of the cheesecake mixture and roll it into a ball.
- Repeat until all mixture is used. Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray.
- Roll each cheesecake ball in red velvet cake crumbs, pressing lightly so the crumbs stick evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving so they firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
