Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Red Velvet Cheesecake Bites that are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (60 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups prepared red velvet cake crumbs (from leftover cake or cupcakes)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Mix until fully combined and fluffy.
  4. Scoop about 1 tbsp of the cheesecake mixture and roll it into a ball.
  5. Repeat until all mixture is used. Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Roll each cheesecake ball in red velvet cake crumbs, pressing lightly so the crumbs stick evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving so they firm up.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Notes

  • These bites can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
  • For a festive touch, consider drizzling with white chocolate before serving.
