- 1 cup pizza sauce (or marinara sauce)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese, blended smooth)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Pepperoni slices (or any favorite pizza toppings)
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough, cut into pieces)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley (fresh or dried)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a large oven-safe skillet or cast iron pan.
- Cut biscuit dough into halves or quarters and roll into small balls.
- Place the dough balls around the edge of the skillet to form a ring.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan, garlic powder, and parsley.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Spread this mixture evenly in the center of the skillet.
- Spoon pizza sauce over the cheese layer.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and parmesan over the sauce.
- Add pepperoni slices or any toppings of choice.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, then serve warm.
