Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza sauce (or marinara sauce)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese, blended smooth)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Pepperoni slices (or any favorite pizza toppings)
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough, cut into pieces)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp parsley (fresh or dried)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a large oven-safe skillet or cast iron pan.
  3. Cut biscuit dough into halves or quarters and roll into small balls.
  4. Place the dough balls around the edge of the skillet to form a ring.
  5. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan, garlic powder, and parsley.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  7. Spread this mixture evenly in the center of the skillet.
  8. Spoon pizza sauce over the cheese layer.
  9. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and parmesan over the sauce.
  10. Add pepperoni slices or any toppings of choice.
  11. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  12. Let cool slightly, then serve warm.
  13. Dip the cheesy bread into the pizza dip for the ultimate bite!
