Description

A dreamy no-bake dessert featuring soft strawberry layers and fluffy whipped cream, perfect for summer.


Ingredients

  • Strawberry cake mix (or sponge cake) – 1 box (baked and cooled, cut into layers)
  • Strawberry gelatin (Jell-O) – 1 packet (3 oz), dissolved
  • Heavy whipping cream – 2 cups
  • Powdered sugar – ½ cup
  • Cream cheese – 8 oz, softened
  • Fresh strawberries – for garnish
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Milk – ½ cup (for cream cheese layer)

Instructions

  1. Bake strawberry cake (or use pre-baked sponge). Slice into thin layers for stacking.
  2. Beat heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  3. Blend softened cream cheese with milk until smooth. Gently fold into half of the whipped cream to create a creamy middle layer.
  4. Place one layer of strawberry cake at the bottom of a dish.
  5. Spread cream cheese layer, then whipped cream layer.
  6. Repeat until dish is filled, ending with whipped cream on top.
  7. Refrigerate at least 4–6 hours (overnight preferred).
  8. Garnish with whole fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, chill overnight.
