- 1 box strawberry cake mix (plus ingredients listed on box: eggs, oil, water)
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 1 package (8 oz / 226 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 20 Golden Oreos (or vanilla sandwich cookies)
- 2 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries (or strawberry Jell-O powder)
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- Fresh strawberries, halved (for garnish)
- Extra crushed Oreos (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare strawberry cake mix according to package directions.
- Bake in a 9×13-inch pan, let cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread evenly over the cooled cake.
- Crush Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries (or gelatin powder) in a food processor.
- Mix in melted butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle generously over the cream layer.
- Top with fresh strawberries and extra Oreo halves.
- Chill for at least 1–2 hours before serving.

- Ensure the heavy cream is well-chilled for best whipping results.
