Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping (or freshly whipped cream)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam (optional, for extra flavor)
  • Extra strawberries, halved (for garnish)
  • Mini pretzels (for garnish)
  • Whipped cream (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
  4. Let cool completely, then break into crumbles.
  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
  7. In serving glasses, layer pretzel crumble, cream mixture, and sliced strawberries.
  8. Repeat layers until glasses are full.
  9. Top with whipped cream, a strawberry half, and a pretzel twist.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add strawberry jam to the strawberry layer.
  • Ensure the pretzel crumble is completely cooled before assembling the parfaits.
