Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar.
- Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
- Let cool completely, then break into crumbles.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
- In serving glasses, layer pretzel crumble, cream mixture, and sliced strawberries.
- Repeat layers until glasses are full.
- Top with whipped cream, a strawberry half, and a pretzel twist.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add strawberry jam to the strawberry layer.
- Ensure the pretzel crumble is completely cooled before assembling the parfaits.
- These parfaits can be made a few hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
