- 1 cup mandarin orange segments (drained)
- 1 cup maraschino cherries (halved, stems removed)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for lighter version)
- ½ cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
- 2 tbsp honey or powdered sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
- Garnish: extra cherries, coconut flakes, orange slices
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream (or yogurt) with whipped cream until smooth and creamy. Add honey or powdered sugar if you prefer it sweeter.
- Fold in pineapple, mandarin oranges, cherries, mini marshmallows, and coconut. Mix gently to avoid breaking the fruit.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Garnish with extra cherries, orange slices, and a sprinkle of coconut before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey/powdered sugar.
