A delightful and colorful ice cream treat inspired by tropical flavors, featuring swirls of mango, strawberry, and pineapple.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup mango purée
- 1 cup strawberry purée
- 1 cup pineapple purée
- ½ cup passionfruit juice (optional)
- Food coloring (pink, orange, yellow)
- Chopped fruit jellies or gummy candies (for garnish)
- Crushed Starburst pieces (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Blend mango, strawberry, and pineapple purées separately. Sweeten each with 2–3 tbsp sugar if needed. (Optional) Add a drop of food coloring to make each swirl pop. Chill until ready.
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Chill mixture for at least 2 hours.
- Pour the base into an ice cream maker and churn until soft-serve consistency. In a freezer container, alternate layers of ice cream with spoonfuls of mango, strawberry, and pineapple purées. Swirl gently with a knife for a marbled “starburst” effect.
- Freeze 4–6 hours until firm. Scoop into bowls or cones. Garnish with fruit jellies or crushed Starburst candies for candy crunch.

- For a more intense flavor, consider adding more fruit purée.
