Description

Soft tortillas rolled with creamy herbed cheese, diced vegetables, and savory bits of ham or bacon — fresh, crunchy, and addictive in every bite!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 large flour tortillas (810 inch)
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Monterey Jack)
  • ½ cup finely diced bell peppers (any color)
  • ½ cup finely diced ham (or cooked bacon bits)
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add cheddar, bell peppers, ham, green onions, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
  2. Lay out tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a generous layer of the filling evenly over each tortilla, leaving a ½-inch border.
  3. Starting from one edge, roll each tortilla tightly into a log. Wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to overnight). This helps them firm up for clean slicing.
  5. Use a sharp knife to cut each roll into 1-inch slices. Arrange on a platter and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Optional add-ins include diced cucumber, shredded carrots, chopped spinach, or jalapeños for a spicy twist.
  • These roll-ups can be made a day in advance for convenience.
