Description
Soft tortillas rolled with creamy herbed cheese, diced vegetables, and savory bits of ham or bacon — fresh, crunchy, and addictive in every bite!
Ingredients
Scale
- 5 large flour tortillas (8–10 inch)
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Monterey Jack)
- ½ cup finely diced bell peppers (any color)
- ½ cup finely diced ham (or cooked bacon bits)
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add cheddar, bell peppers, ham, green onions, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
- Lay out tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a generous layer of the filling evenly over each tortilla, leaving a ½-inch border.
- Starting from one edge, roll each tortilla tightly into a log. Wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to overnight). This helps them firm up for clean slicing.
- Use a sharp knife to cut each roll into 1-inch slices. Arrange on a platter and serve chilled.
Notes
- Optional add-ins include diced cucumber, shredded carrots, chopped spinach, or jalapeños for a spicy twist.
- These roll-ups can be made a day in advance for convenience.
